Business Analyst Water Management (m/f/d)

You conduct technical-economic analyses in the field of water management and monitor all performance-relevant processes and activities. Together with the departments, you evaluate performance data and interpret it in a sound manner. You ensure data quality and compact information in a BI tool. Along the water-economic process and value chain, you identify optimization potentials and conduct appropriate measures. You control the technical-financial planning processes and take care and control of the associated projects. At benchmarking projects, you actively participate, question results critically and formulate concrete recommendations for action. You monitor the contractual obligations arising from operational management and service contracts. In the cross-functional role, you work closely with controlling colleagues, project lines and other interfaces. You accompany large construction projects, ensure the transparency and consistency of the numbers and ensure that You match business plans and economic objectives.

You have completed your studies in business management or economic engineering (Bachelor). At least two years of relevant professional experience in performance, project or commercial controlling will take you along. Finding knowledge in commercial accounting and planning, as well as experience in project controlling and project management, characterize your profile. Technical affinity and the ability to evaluate technical relationships are among your strengths. In handling dashboards, BI tools and data-driven work, you feel safe and routined. You use SAP, ideally in the modules CO, PS and IM, competently. Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, complete your technical skills set. Analytical skills and critical querying of numbers to derive measures from them are your core competencies. With communication strength, self-confidence and enforcement capability, you are confident in interface and project contexts. Independent, proactive and responsible work is of course for you. You enjoy the preparation and interpretation of complex figures and the collaboration in benchmarking and optimization projects.

This place is remunerated with the remuneration group 11 in accordance with the collective agreement for utilities (TV-V). This corresponds to a gross annual salary of approximately 67,000 – 88,000 euros (depending on professional experience and qualification).
