As Lead Software Architect:in you take a central strategic role in the Tribe Cockpit. You are Sparringspartner:in Tribe Management and are driving technology and architecture decisions at Tribe level. At the same time, you are part of our chapter association of architects:inside, business, data and process analyst:in which we specifically promote your further development and live mutual scaling and knowledge transfer actively.

This is what we expect as Lead Software Architect (m/w/d) Strategic development of the IT architecture: You develop the architecture of our systems and engage them in the overall system landscape of the Tribe - incl. API, BiPro and sales system architectures Architectural guide planks set: You guide appropriate technology and architecture approaches depending on the technical challenge and trend situation and orchestrierst modern technology stacks Cross-Tribe Cooperation: You work closely with relevant Guilds (Architektur-Gilde), Enabling Tribes and internal roles such as Tribe Management, PO, AM and Dev teams Architecture Networking & Community Leadership: You build a stable, scaling architecture network (e.g. SST clusters like MeineAllianz), actively introduce architectural challenges and secure transparent decisions Definition & Enforcement of Target Architecture: You define target architecture in the sense of Allianz architecture principles and ensure their implementation in projects and projects Compliance & quality assurance: You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, support the teams in the implementation of relevant standards and coordinate internal and external audits as central: contact person:in the trial Qualification & Best Practices: You develop best practices, train the teams and ensure that regulatory and quality requirements are seamlessly integrated into development processes Gildenarbeit & Innovation: You actively represent the Tribe in the Software Excellence Gilde, bring feedback and innovative ideas and advance the development of processes, methods and standards

Software Architect & Software Excellence Officer (m/w/d) Completed study in the field of (economic) informatics or mathematics with very good degree or comparable qualification through relevant professional experience with highly pronounced IT affinity IT and software architecture expertise (ideally) - Deep understanding of modern architectures (APIs, event-driven architectures, interface design, scaling) Knowledge and experience in the environment ABS (Allianz Business System) and health insurance are advantageous Cross-functional cooperation - experience in cooperation with Tribes, Gilden, PO/AM roles and development teams Decision-making competence - ability to make clear architectural decisions in the field of expertise, economics and technology Strategic vision - You recognize trends, evaluate them and make them suitable for the shoot Experience in the application of pioneering technologies (artificial intelligence, process mining) to implement sustainable data analyses and data visualizations. German language skills and very good English skills.
