Senior Developer for our Berlin office (m/f/d)

You work on high-quality software solutions in an interdisciplinary team with highly qualified software engineers, UI/UX experts and product owners. With your team, you design complex and versatile software projects and realize them together with our customers. You live with us the agile software development in Daily Scrums, customer reviews and retrospectives with the support of our Agile Coaches. You shape long-lasting software architectures together with your team and implement them iteratively and incrementally. You use DevOps methods to quickly add value to end users and get feedback. You can use new and stable technologies in a suitable place. You work self-organized in your project team, take responsibility and actively shape XITASO.

You have several years of practical experience in software development. You have very good knowledge of German and English (at least C1 level) for clear and secure communication in the team and with our partners. You will find yourself in our technology stack and want to expand it. You have a broad understanding of technology and concept and follow current developments. You live high quality, including Unit Tests, Code Reviews, Clean Code, Design Patterns, Refactoring, Conceptual Clarity and Modular Architectures. You like to work on challenging architectural issues together with your team and project stakeholders. You've already worked with AI at various stages of a project and you know what opportunities and challenges this brings. You coach less experienced colleagues and help them on their way to the Senior Software Engineer. You communicate openly and honestly, give constructive criticism and accept feedback.
