You will set up statistics and evaluations of firefighter operations (intermediate period, arrival times, staff strength, material use, etc.) and work together with the property and department management to control measures. For the integrated control center, you will set up statistics and evaluations on call revenues, placement times, emergency service etc. You collect and document messages according to radiation protection, explosives and biomaterial regulations, etc. with a view to tactical measures and compensations. Where changes to firefighter plans or operational plans appear necessary, you pass these instructions to the competent authorities in the office.

You have completed university studies in the technical or scientific field (e.g. mechanical engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, process engineering, safety or rescue engineering). Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in the fire department, the rescue service or in disaster protection and bring knowledge of the applicable legislation and concepts. You have the license of class B (with manual transmission), master the common computer applications and have a very good written and oral expressive power in the German language. You work independently and structured, show flexibility and are reliably ready for use with different requirements. You use your negotiation skills, your safe occurrence and your good communication skills both with internal and external cooperation partners.
