Shift Supervisor Production - Food / Plant Management (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the professional management of your shift team and ensure a smooth production process by planning ahead. You take over the incorporation of new team members and actively promote their further development. You consistently monitor compliance with all quality, hygiene and safety standards (e.g. HACCP) and ensure a safe workplace. As the first contact person: in case of technical faults at the plants, you will promptly initiate first measures and coordinate their elimination. You actively support your team in the day-to-day business by helping to operate, monitor and fill production facilities.

You bring a completed technical or craft training, for example in production, industry or crafts. You have already gained several years of professional experience in production, ideally in the food or feed industry. First leadership experience, for example as a foreman:in or in a deputy role, you could already collect. You have a good technical understanding of production facilities and are familiar with the standards for quality, hygiene and work safety. A structured, reliable and independent way of working and the willingness to work shifts are of course for you. As you need to lead your team safely, speak fluently German (C1 level).
