The department DRV Bund IT maintains a complex and diverse IT system landscape for our rehabilitation and pension procedures, audit services, our own clinics and other special procedures. Our IT specialist user services bundles all services around the modern IT workstation including hardware and software equipment and thus ensures stable and efficient IT for around 27,000 employees of the DRV Bund. The user communication team is responsible for communication to IT topics towards users in the DRV Bund.

Creating and implementing communication concepts and home-wide communication content (for example intranet, newsletters, presentations, confluence) on IT topics Organizing and organizing information events (e.g. Workshops et cetera) Responsibility for internal communication Quality management of the communication content of various specialist teams that are partially published within the entire organisation Managing and working in work and project groups

Successfully completed higher education (Bachelor or Diplom FH) in the field of communication sciences or BWL or comparable qualification (e.g. qualification in marketing/communication) or completed vocational training in marketing/communication Multiannual job-relevant professional experience Knowledge and practical experience in creating communication content (for example intranet, newsletters, presentations and concepts) Multiannual experience in project management and the corresponding control instruments Experience in organizing and moderating information events and workshops deepened experiences with confluence desirable A strong customer orientation and address-oriented communication skills as well as an organised and structured way of working complete your profile
