At Dornstadt we are looking for a full-time Softwareplaner / Assistant Teamleiter Software (m/w/d)

You support the Inventus Software team management in the planning, prioritization and distribution of the pending tasks. You set project tickets to Redmine, maintain their content and ensure that all relevant information is fully documented. You check internal tickets (e.g. from projects or OPL entries) for completeness, assess their reliability and prioritize them in close coordination with the team management. Together with the team management, you agree to the distribution of tasks, then assign tickets to the appropriate developers and set realistic targets together. You regularly agree with project management and order planning on schedules, capacities and dependencies and ensure a clean integration into the project plan. You plan software projects in Redmine, taking into account utilisation, priorities and dependencies, and keep all data up to date. You carry out regular progress controls, identify risks at an early stage and escalate the team management at a time. You create weekly status reports, conduct planning talks with developers and coordinate the assignment of other software teams or branches if necessary.

Experience in project management, ideal for software development Safe handling of redmine or comparable ticket / project management systems Structured analytical methods and very good organizational features Communication and implementation strength in dealing with different internal areas Ability to prioritize complex tasks in dynamic project environments Basic technical understanding (no technical clarification or solution finding required) Very good German and good English skills
