You are part of the strong legal team of HOCHBAHN and, with your legal expertise, supports our departments, subsidiaries and management of HOCHBAHN. In particular, you work closely with the areas of data protection and information security. Your focus is on the legal support of operational, governance and compliance projects as well as procurement processes in the areas of digitalization, AI, IT, cyber security, resilience, data and innovation. You prepare topics that are relevant to the addresseee and result-oriented, formulate opinions and decision-making templates and pass on your legal knowledge in training formats of different types. As a solution-oriented and partnership-oriented consultant*in, you support both the legally compliant development of contracts, guidelines and other legal documents, as well as the design of the HOCHBAHN organization and internal processes. You accompany legal, administrative and certification procedures and coordinate the use and control of external lawyers.

You have completed the 1st and 2nd legal state exams with the “satisfactory” or better. After that, you have collected first professional experience in legal advice on IT contracts and licenses, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, cyber security, and the handling of data and have accompanied complex projects legally. You are interested in working in a company of critical infrastructure with increasing tasks in a legally highly dynamic environment. And personally? Show your own initiative, are enforceable, responsibly, curious and flexible, have strong communication and team skills and have fun in cooperating with experts from different disciplines. You also work carefully, independently and purposefully under close time requirements and are able to capture, analyze and convey complex topics at eye level as well as to show practical, legally resilient solutions. It is clear that you have a special affinity for AI topics, digital tools and digitized processes, which can safely master common Microsoft Office programs and are open to dealing with project management tools.
