Responsibility for EMAS environmental management and its strategic and operational development Technical leadership of the environmental team, further development of environmental objectives and environmental programmes, as well as advice on environmental issues Development of the Environmental Declaration in coordination with colleagues (m/w/d) of Energy and Climate Management Implementation of internal audits and management reviews as well as coordination of external audits and relevant stakeholders (m/w/d) Further development of environmental performance monitoring, creation of the environmental statement and implementation of new CSRD requirements (E2-E5) Designing the energy transition with a focus on circular economy, sustainable construction, process digitalisation and awareness-raising

A successfully completed study in the field of environmental sciences, environmental engineering, comparable vocational training or relevant experience as environmental management officer (m/w/d) Multiannual experience in handling ISO14001 or EMAS and exercise in performing internal audits as well as in derivation and, where appropriate, Implementation of appropriate measures is advantageous Good knowledge of the EMAS Regulation, ISO 14001 and environmental law Teamgeist and no bareness to take over the technical coordination of the internal environmental team as well as other delegates and specialists (m/w/d) High sense of responsibility as well as pronounced communication and consulting competence at all hierarchical levels Self-employed and targeted work Valid driving licence of class B (car driver's license) as well as the readiness to travel and visit sites Very good knowledge of German and the ability to communicate at least to C1 level in professional and social situations
