In this program, you prepare for the takeover of tasks in the management and tresor team of the branch Karlsruhe. Together with your colleagues, you control and supervise the cash sector. In addition to the perception of the service, you are responsible for the safety and efficiency of the workflows in the branch and quality management. You are also responsible for cash disposition and for the storage and closure of cash stocks In addition, you will develop an overview of the various activities of the Bundesbank in theory and practice. During the theoretical courses, you will deepen your economic knowledge in the field of central banking. You can complete additional practical phases at our headquarters in Frankfurt/Main and in our headquarters in Stuttgart. The trainee programme begins on 1 June 2026 (or 1 December 2026) and is limited to 12 months, a pre-employment of a maximum of 3 months before the start is possible in principle.
