As a Product Owner for our Sales & CRM division, You are responsible for the Salesforce Sales Cloud Backlog and the End-to-End Process Subscription to Cash (S2C). You translate strategic business requirements into a clearly structured technical backlog, control external development partners and ensure that the platform serves as an API-first pillar of our headless architecture. Training: successful completion (Bachelor or Master) in computer science, information technology, business informatics or a comparable subject area. Experiences and know-how: Multiannual/More than 5 years of experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst or Technical Lead in a Salesforce-Sales cloud environment focusing on corporate implementations. In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including advanced configuration, adaptation, data modelling, and extensive experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming). Founded, practical understanding of subscription-to-cash business processes, including offering creation (qualification), order management, billing and sales realization. Proven experience in managing a technical backlog in an agile environment (Scrum / Kanban) using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Salesforce certifications (e.g. Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder); experience with Salesforce CPQ; Confidence with headless or composable commerce architectures.
