With us you will complete a 3-year training as an industrial businessman/woman – and can even shorten to 2.5 years with good performance. During your training, you will get to know the profession from scratch and take on your own tasks in different departments step by step: Purchasing - you compare offers, negotiate with suppliers and launch orders for materials and services Human resources - you work on applications, accompany selection processes and assist new trainees with Marketing - you can also design internal and external media and gain insights into events, photoshoots or video shootings. Manufacturing control - you support production planning and analyze production data Sales - you start offerings, calculate prices and contact our customers: Shipping - you order transportation, first order shipping documents and coordinate operations along the supply chain Financial and Accounting - You check invoices and process, book and control transactions in business transactions During your training, you work completely digital: we provide you with your own laptop, which allows you to manage your reportbook, assessments and translation plans in a convenient way: you learn how to handle digital tools and develop a good understanding of the processes of a modern industrial company.

We are mainly looking for personalities that fit us. To make it fit between us and you are ready for training with us, you should bring the following qualifications: Ideally, you have completed the school with a good professional qualification or a degree. Even if you have already started studying or studying and want to reorientate yourself, we look forward to your application. Good knowledge of Mathe, German (at least level B2) and English are important foundations. The joy of commercial tasks makes the profession even more exciting for you. You are also interested in gaining insights from the factory and getting to know the processes in a modern industrial company. Taking responsibility for your own tasks and managing small projects is fun. You already have good PC skills? That's perfect, but not a must. After all, you'll learn this with us. The training lasts 3 years, can be shortened to 2.5 years for good performance, and concludes with the IHK-financed industrial businessman/wife. The practical part of the training is provided in our head office in Dortmund, where experienced and dedicated trainers accompany, advise and support you on your future career. The theoretical part of the training takes place on 1-2 days a week at the Konrad-Klepping-Berufskolleg in Dortmund. An application procedure also allows participation in a generally 4-week internship via the Erasmus+ program. The weekly training period is 35 hours. The training takes place flexibly in the sliding time model, depending on the respective tasks, it is also possible to use training in the home office up to one day per week. The training is paid in accordance with the collective agreement: € 1242,96 (brutto) in the first year, € 1297.67 (brutto) in the second year, and €1378.93 (brutto) in the third year. In addition, you receive special payments and old-age pension benefits in accordance with the collective agreement and an occupational pension scheme. With numerous training activities such as our mentor program, we continuously strengthen our good cohesion. In addition to the regular training course, we offer you further training and seminars, for example the preparation course of the IHK for the final examination. After the successful completion of the training, the takeover opportunities are very good. In addition, you have the chance to further qualify for further exciting tasks in our company in continuing vocational training or studying, such as the Bachelor of Arts at the FOM. For this we even take over a large part of the costs.
