Group/Team Leader Claims (back office) in the area of motor vehicle/liability or property insurance (mobile working possible)

You take the professional, organizational and disciplinary responsibility for a team of about 12-15 damages officers. You are responsible for the operational management of the daily business taking into account service levels and KPIs. You enable your employees to create customer-oriented damage management and ensure high customer satisfaction with your team. You are responsible for high quality and compliance with our service standards in the processing of damages by your own quality checks, consultations and coaching. You support and support your employees in their further development. You actively contribute to the further improvement of processes.

You have a completed commercial training in insurance or a degree in a relevant area or multi-year professional experience in the insurance industry. You have specialist knowledge and practical experience in the processing of damages (KFZ/ Haftpflicht- or Sach-Versicherung). You bring at least 2 - 3 years of experience in the management of your staff. You convince with high social competence, team skills and persuasiveness. You have joy in shaping, you are creative and you like to work independently and solution-oriented. You are convinced by your structured and independent way of working as well as your entrepreneurial and strategic action. You have fun in teamwork and bring high service orientation and social enforcement.
