Senior Architect (m/w/d) upscale residential construction on the client's side

Against the background of company growth, the position of the senior architect is created. You will become part of a five-person architectural team and work together with your colleagues to create attractive living space (EFH, DHH, RHH, MFH) in Cologne and the surrounding area. In this role, you combine design creativity with technical detailed knowledge and thus contribute decisively to the high quality of housing projects. You predominantly operate in the power phases 3 to 6 and additionally support phases 1 and 2 . Depending on the suitability and interest, you have the opportunity to take over the planning management of the architectural team directly or in the medium term. The order is made directly by our client indefinitely. The entry is accompanied by a structured incorporation plan that familiarizes you with all relevant fields, processes and processes.
