Responsibility for office organization and order processing – you always keep an overview Creation of offers, scheduling and maintenance of project data in the ERP system Support for project management and first contact for customers and the project team Participation in accounting, auditing and cost control Improving processes and active introduction of fresh ideas

Closed commercial training or first experience in office/assistance Communication strength required in English Good knowledge of MS Office and interest in ERP systems Organisational skills and the ability to work even under time pressure structured Teamability, initiative and sense of responsibility Willingness to shift work (spring and late)
