Banquet Manager (m/f/d)

Professional and disciplinary leadership and responsibility for the entire banquet department Briefing and control of the operating banquet team in the daily business Close coordination with the event department at congresses, events and conferences On-site maintenance of events and ensuring a smooth service process and communication between departments Acceptance, planning and organisation of conferences, congresses and private events with up to 2,000 people Control and coordination of sub- and personnel service providers as an integral part of operational management Creation of functions, weekly plans, contracts and forecasts Preparation and evaluation of events Goods management, storage and implementation of inventory Accounting of events Responsibility for compliance with the banquet and personnel costs budget General administrative tasks of the event department

At least 3 years of experience as a banquet or event manager in a comparable position of upscale catering Experience in cooperation with sub- and personnel service providers Reliability, decision-making, flexibility and high load capacity Excellent communication skills and organizational talent Outstanding commitment, economic thinking, willingness to service and joy in team-oriented work Friendly, representative and warm appearance with a well-kept appearance Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Very good MS Office knowledge
