As Head of SAP Consulting Circular, you will work with us to shape the digital future of the circular economy. You lead our experienced consulting team and accompany companies in waste management in the optimization and transformation of their business processes in the SAP environment.

You have the opportunity to work predominantly 100% remote within Germany, with readiness for customer appointments and team events. Alternatively, our offices in Halle/ Leipzig, Oldenburg and Walldorf are always open to you for personal exchange and cooperation on site.

In your role as Head of SAP Consulting Circular (m/w/d), you are responsible for the strategic further development of our consulting area and actively shaping the digital transformation of our customers in waste management and recycling. You develop consulting approaches and process optimizations in a targeted manner and accompany challenging SAP projects from conception to implementation to successful completion. You take over the planning, control and monitoring of the project processes, including budget and quality responsibility, and ensure that projects are implemented efficiently, transparently and targeted.

As a manager, you guide, motivate and develop our consulting team professionally and personally. You act as a central interface between customers, internal development teams, and other stakeholders and ensure close, trusting cooperation at eye level. Through regular status updates, sound project reports and clear communication, you create transparency and reliability. At the same time, your team acts as a knowledge pool for our internal developer teams and thus contributes to sustainable knowledge sharing and continuous development within the company.

Depending on your needs, you are flexible in use – remotely, at the customer's location or for your team at our location in Halle (Saale) / Walldorf, which is easily accessible thanks to service cars.

You have a completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable field of expertise and brings well-founded experience in IT consulting and project management, ideally in the SAP-S/4HANA environment.

You have a strong understanding of business processes and are able to analyse, structure and translate complex technical and technical requirements into sustainable solutions. Thanks to your analytical and organizational skills, you can keep track of multiple parallel projects and set priorities safe and targeted.

In addition to your professional know-how, you are characterized by a high communication and leadership competence. You convince in stakeholder management, you can motivate and develop teams and understand complex content – both internally and externally, in German and English.
