Configuration/Administration of Firewalls (e.g. FortiGate/FortiManager, Palo Alto/ Panorama, Check Point/SmartConsole) Regulatory care incl. Zones/segments, NAT, VPN (IPsec/SSL), Threat-Prevention/IDS/IPS, URL/App‐Control Change Management (CAB/ITIL): Risk check, approvals, implementation, test, documented completion Firewall‐Audits & Cleanup (redundant/unused/covered rules), Performance tuning Troubleshooting (2nd Level), Root-Cause Analysis and Sustainable Measures

Multiannual experience in network security Manufacturer certifications such as NSE-4/5, PCNSA/PCNSE or CCSA/CCSE are advantageous. Safe handling of ITIL processes and change and release workflows Experience with Vendor consoles and management tools (e.g. Panorama, FortiManager, SmartConsole) Knowledge of policy design, NAT, VPN configuration and certificate handling Experience in performing audit and compliance checks including reporting An independent and responsible way of working A structured approach and clear and targeted communication Team and collaborative capacity in cooperation with operations, application teams and SOC
