Business Operations Manager (m/w/d)

As a central point of contact with the management, you will bring strategic topics into implementation and ensure the performance of our high-growth company – including the development of new business opportunities and markets

You organise and coordinate all events and travel activities initiated by management and monitor compliance with relevant budgets

You coordinate sovereignly different stakeholders, take over the lead in coordination and work daily with the group's central service providers

Reports, strategy papers and business plans from sales, customer service and production can be prepared safely – with clear analyses and practical recommendations

You take care of the strategic and operational controlling, both professionally and operationally, and agree with the central controlling of the Knauf Group, analyze relationships and prepare content relevant to the decision on the management

The friendly and confidential communication with the College, internal and external business partners in the international environment lies with you and takes a decisive share of your daily work

You have a completed business studies, have ideally gained experience in controlling or consulting and work closely in the business management environment

Data Science (data processing, care, extraction and critical interpretation) is familiar to you, you have gained experience in this environment

You have several years of professional experience and bring the necessary resilience to remain focused and active in dynamic phases.

You communicate safely in German and English, show empathy and adapt your style to different mentalities and target groups

You work routined with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, ThinkCell, Word) and SAP and use sales figures as well as Salesforce or comparable systems safely

You act forward-looking and structured, remain flexible and reliable and also master short-term requirements in everyday office
