Our client is a renowned manufacturer and distributor of products in the field of leisure and entertainment with 70 employees. The traditional, owner-managed company places great emphasis on team play in a medium-sized company structure. At its location in the Rhine-Main area, the German company develops, designs and exports its products worldwide.

The company sets its course for the future and in this course draws structures. In a newly created place, we are looking for an empathic personality at the next possible time to build a professional HR work. In your role as HR Manager (m/w/d), you develop a HR strategy and support colleagues in the positive change process. They support the digitalization of processes and are an important interface to employees. In doing so, you are not too bad to take hands-on the administrative HR topics with pleasure. They report directly to the friendly management.

From your personality, you have an open ear for all employees, but you also understand how to moderate expectations. The issue of personal development is at your heart, and you bring a good tool case with regard to coaching and personnel development. You understand your position as an interface within the company and look for active exchange with adjacent departments for even better cooperation.

In our search, we address people (m/w/d) with relevant experience in a generalistic, broad HR role, e.g. as HR Business Partner (m/w/d) or HR Generalist (m/w/d). A certain pre-experience in the HR-side support of (positive) change management and the willingness to fill hands-on a new place with life.

The body shall be filled in full-time or part-time (at least 32 hours per week).

Building a professional HR work Development and implementation of a HR strategy Advising executives with a view to positive change management in the context of organisational development Supporting employees around all HR-relevant topics along the Employee Lifecycle Digitalization and Automation of HR Processes Coaching of employees and moderating conflict talks Construction of recruiting and further development of Employer Branding

successfully completed commercial training with corresponding further training in the human resources sector, e.g. to the human resources specialist / human resources specialist; alternatively successfully completed social studies or business studies with corresponding specialization on HR Multiannual experience in a broad HR role, such as HR Manager, HR Business Partner, HR Generalist (m/w/d) Funded knowledge in the monitoring of change processes by HR Insufficient experience in operating HR work including basic knowledge in labour law Multiannual practical experience in the field of coaching / moderation / mediation, ideally with a corresponding training Empathic team player with good communication, sovereign appearance and designated hands-on mentality Excellent knowledge of German and fluent English in word and writing
