Project management of challenging major projects: You take responsibility for the management of demanding large projects and ensure that quality, costs and appointments are adhered to. Control and coordination: With a clear view for processes, you work in the management of the project team and coordinate all planning processes. You will always keep an eye on project processes, quality assurance and controlling. Risk and problem-solving competence: Thanks to your experience, you can identify risks at an early stage, solve challenges that arise and ensure a smooth process. Technical expertise: Complex technical questions during the project execution accompany you competently and advise your team on important decisions. Qualification: A completed degree as a Diplom-Ingenieur, Bachelor or Master of Engineering with a focus on civil engineering or comparable training forms your basis. Professional experience: Long-term experience as project manager*in complex civil engineering projects allows you to master challenging tasks as well. Organisational and communication strength: You are characterized by a structured way of working and strong communication skills that help you to lead teams and drive projects forward. Proactivity and predictive work: With predictive thinking, you recognize risks early, evaluate situations correctly and take targeted measures. Language skills: Good knowledge of English or the willingness to learn them enable clear communication with English-speaking stakeholders and with our Belgian holding company.
