Project Manager Processes and Systems - Facility Management (m/f/d)

As a project manager for processes and systems (m/w/d) in facility management, you play a central role in the further development and optimization of our organizational and technical processes. You analyze existing processes, identify potential for improvement and accompany the introduction and further development of digital systems and standards. You work closely with internal departments, service providers and stakeholders to ensure efficient, economic and future-oriented solutions in facility management.

Project management and process development Responsibility for planning, controlling and monitoring complex projects in facility management, taking into account time, cost and quality objectives Building sustainable project and organisation structures to ensure stable and efficient processes Stakeholder and Team Coordination Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams and close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders Promoting the professional development and qualification of teams Strategic integration of technical staff Development and implementation of integration strategies for technical employees within a newly established service company Responsibility for the introduction and corporate implementation of a CAFM system Introduction of a CAFM system Development and optimization of relevant processes and control of the rollout Implementation of user training and support in system adaptation Controlling, monitoring and reporting Creating regular status reports and monitoring of project progress for the central project management Willingness to project-related travel at various MEDIAN clinic locations

Study in the field of facility management, engineering, industrial engineering or comparable technical training, such as specialist FM Multiannual professional experience in operational facility management and project management, ideally in technical building management or technical services Experience in the introduction and use of CAFM systems and in IT-based process control Impressed communication and leadership as well as moderation and conflict resolution competence High readiness for travel as part of the project management
