Complete university studies in the STEM field, e.g. in the field of mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification Including professional experience System understanding of the relevant products beyond the construction component Experience in the CAD tool Siemens NX Knowledge of working with TeamCenter desirable Detailed knowledge and experience in the fields of mechanics as well as standard and production-oriented design taking into account, for example, load, shock or structural dynamic requirements Very good knowledge of materials and production technology, incl. corrosion Experience in professional leadership Good analytical skills Team and communication skills Working time model: 35 hours/week
