As part of the HR-Controlling & HR-Digitalization team, you will evaluate the number of staff, develop smart HR solutions and actively participate in exciting projects from the outset. Support in HR controlling, in particular in the preparation, analysis and visualization of personal code numbers (e.g. headcount, fluctuation, recruiting KPIs) Creating and developing reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes Participation in the analysis, optimization, digitization and automation of HR processes to increase efficiency Designing efficient, reusable document templates for automated document creation (OpenText)

You are studying or planning a dual study in the field of business management, (economic) informatics, economic engineering, human resources management or a comparable subject Interest in HR topics as well as in data analysis and process digitization Sovereign, practice-proven knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel, as well as enthusiasm for using digital tools in a targeted manner and actively developing working methods Technical affinity, high independent learning ability and motivation to quickly incorporate yourself into new topics Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Availability from 15 to 20 hours per week as a student Working student or the willingness to complete the practical phases in the course of a dual study with us
