You take projects for data-based activation of our strong brands (e.g. GRIPPOSTAD, HOGGAR, LADIVAL, etc.) at the point of sale across different distribution channels (stationary pharmacy, wholesale, cooperation, eCommerce). You conduct well-founded market and shopper analyses based on key figures, guide Insights and develop based recommendations for brand strategy and POS activation. You support the preparation of sales priorities and translate Insights into targeted action recommendations for sales. You take success measurements, KPI evaluations, and regular reporting – and then you conduct specific optimization approaches. You work closely with the sales, marketing, market research and customer service departments as well as external service providers and agencies.

You study Business Administration in the Bachelor or Master with a focus on marketing/communication or a comparable degree program. You have first experiences in marketing, category management, market research or sales (e.g. completed vocational training or internships). You have experiences in dealing with project management methods and, at best, even first project experiences. You are safe to use the common Microsoft Office products and have an affinity for digital tools, data and the use of AI-based applications. You have very good analytical skills, have pleasure in interpreting insights and appreciate it independently to work. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
