As HR-Referent (m/w/d), you are responsible for advising executives and take a central role in operational personnel work You will take care of the monthly billing and the annual accounts The creation of employment contracts (collectively and non-tariffly) for permanent employees, industrial employees and helpers is pure routine for you In addition, you are the contact person for our employees and executives in tax and social insurance and accounting matters and work closely with the works council as well as health insurance companies, offices and authorities. You will also be able to master the general staff management as well as the reporting, statistics and certificates.

As a basis, you will bring a successfully completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by a further training on personnel You can use a multiannual professional practice in a comparable position and are perfectly familiar with the relevant labour laws You are sure to go with the current MS Office programs As a dedicated and reliable team player you attach great importance to secrecy and score with a consistently independent and structured way of working
