Whether efficiency or effectiveness optimization is the goal of the customer – we ensure that our customers are strategically, structurally and operationally optimally positioned. For our locations in Frankfurt and Cologne, we are looking for a (Associate) Consultant HR and Organization Transformation (w/m/d) at the next possible time in full or parttime.

What is our business? – For this, we conduct organizational analyses (e.g. RTD, processes, structures, skills) and benchmarking in the organization and HR environment, develop solutions based on data-driven evidence, put them in the corresponding context and formulate clear recommendations for action – from data analytics to due diligence everything is there. How do we find solutions? – Conception we write big. We optimize operating models (e.g. organizational structures, processes, roles, etc.), talent management, workforce transformation, HR-IT, M&A processes and carve outs. All that affects people and organizations, we take our hands! How do we work? – In project work! We act as a team and everyone has to take on conceptual and operational tasks in projects. Be it the creation of the management documents for organizational transformation, the design of a HR strategy or targeted project management. How do we remain innovative? – By conducting research, dealing with the relevant and future-oriented topics, developing studies and concept papers and continuously optimizing our procedures and services.

Problem Solving: We are a consultancy, so you should have interest in analytical, data-driven issues and new trends as well as a:e enthusiastic:r problem solver:in be - Excel should not be a foreign word for you. Communication: Advice is clear communication and enthusiasm – visualized in spoken word and in PowerPoint. Means you should have the expertise to bring content to slides in addition to a good language economy. Attitude: Performance and presence are fundamentally important, but also in the team. It is necessary to be aware of his role, to have resilience in changing situations and to be able to deal with feedback. Pre-experience can help. Proactivity: Consumer attitude has little to do with advice! Active acquisition of conceptual and operational tasks in projects or further development of topics is expected. Get in the team and move your environment. Basics: Highly successfully completed business, scientific or social studies, also with MBA and/or doctorate. We require German knowledge of native language and fluent English skills for our project work.
