You're looking for a role in which you not only optimise, but really move something? Here you take responsibility for a central part of the finance environment and actively shape its further development. The focus is on Accounts Receivable and Central Billing – with the aim of rethinking structures, designing processes more efficiently and setting up the area sustainablely sustainable.

You work closely with your team on site in Neuenstein, complemented by the possibility of 2 days of mobile work.

You actively promote the transformation of an accounting area – with a clear focus on digitalization and modern processes You take responsibility for Accounts Receivable & Central Billing and consistently develop the End-to-End Invoice-to-Cash process You bring changes structured into implementation and gain your environment with persuasiveness for new ways of working You lead your team through a cultural change and develop employees into more process and IT skills You actively shape and accompany the introduction of S/4HANA as well as further system and process optimizations You improve sustainable structures, processes and cooperation across divisions You take responsibility for real results – from idea to successful implementation

You have profound experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable or Central Billing – ideally in the shared service environment You have several years of experience in the leadership of teams and develop employees in a targeted manner You convince by enforcing strength, clear communication and the ability to gain people for changes You have a good understanding of end-to-end processes, especially in the Invoice-to-Cash environment You have experience in optimizing processes and dealing with transformation or change initiatives Ideally, you have knowledge of SAP FI/SD (especially S/4HANA) or comparable ERP systems with You work structured, think entrepreneurial, and you are entitled to consistently put topics into practice
