Do you want to combine work and life with one another and to provide care for children/young people who are accommodated in a stationary manner via public child and youth aid? Then set up an offer with us in a domestic community! Offers in the home community (short: AihG) are educational institutions, family groups, special social education centres and ISE measures under SGB VIII.

In AihG ́s you live with the children and young people in their private living space and thus enable them to enter their own family environment. For the establishment of an AihG for the care of children and young people aged 0-18, the conneXX GmbH is looking for educational professionals who are willing to take up one to two young people in their own household. It is suitable for the large area of the district Harburg to the county Verden, over the county Braunschweig to the district Lüneburg, in the Saarland and Schleswig-Holstein.

The target group:

The AihG to be founded is aimed at children and young people, ...

different ages, from infant to full age. the bonds can easily enter and those who have great difficulties with it. the development delays/consistencies or age-appropriate skills. the traumatic experiences had to go through or those experiences had not to be experienced. with their parents an intensive parental work must be maintained or no contact exists to their parents. to be taken together with a sibling or alone. which cannot grow up in their family of origin in the long term or which is intended for a timely return.

Above all, the offer is aimed at children and young people who need a family and constant support framework that gives them a reliable structure.

The duration of care is coordinated with the case-leading Youth Office and can end up in a return to the family of origin or also last until the age of the young.

Your conditions to be met:

Vocational qualification: state-recognized educatorsin, social pedagoguein, psychologistin, curative nursein (country-specific) or a comparable qualification Professional experience in child, youth and family support responsible and resilient personality family/social environment supported in challenging activity adequate premises for children and young people
