Credit Analyst Real Estate (m/f/d)

Support of existing real estate loan commitments (including preparation of annual reviews as well as possibly Monitoring of applications for orphans) Auditing and ongoing monitoring of securities and financial covenants Participation in the creation of credit templates in new business Analysis of the legal and economic conditions of our real estate customers or the financing transaction Implementation of credit analysis, creation of transaction ratings, Cahflows and analysis of contract documentation preparation, monitoring and coordination with internal departments in the credit authorisation procedure; Accompanying the Closing Process Participation in analyst conferences / participation in the creation of portfolio / reporting reports

Successful degree in economics Multiannual professional experience in credit business High motivation for the property, paired with a positive “self starter” mentality Funded knowledge in the field of commercial property financing Experience in the field of credit structuring / balance sheet and credit analysis Excellent analytical skills, very good written expressiveness Very good knowledge of English, French are advantageous Teamplayer
