We are the Competence Center Payment of the Sparkassen Financial Group at the Stuttgart site. For the savings banks in Germany, we develop and market comprehensive and omnichannel-enabled payment and added value solutions in the digital environment. Our product and service portfolio includes contactless and mobile payment with card or smartphone, online payment methods and solutions for new markets such as Digital PoS, E-Mobility or Connected Cars. Perfectly matched to the savings banks and their private and corporate customers. At the point of sale as well as in e- and M-commerce. As a wholly owned subsidiary of the DSV Group, we control all payment daughters and participations. Responsibility: You control legal requirements throughout the product life cycle, keeps an overview of contracts, coordinates the clarification of legal issues Making payment solutions possible: You coordinate and support the legal and contractual implementation of product ideas with all stakeholders in the product development process and tax contractual agreements with institutions and partners Control Competent: In exciting projects, you take over the project management or subproject management, support contract negotiations and are the interface between legal department, purchasing, information security/data protection and professional product management Advising the target group: You translate legal requirements for innovative payment solutions so that product benefits and user-friendliness are at the forefront

(economic)legal studies or comparable qualifications Professional experience in product management of IT products or services, preferably with regard to legal and bank regulatory requirements (e.g. BGB, MaRisk, PSD-2. EBA RTS) Embossed control and moderation capabilities in projects combined with high technical affinity Ability to independently analytically think about facts and to develop solutions for problem solving in the team in structured concepts
