Level In HR – Internship and Working Studies (m/f/d)

You run three different HR stations within 18 months and build a broad foundation in personnel work. You start with a six-month internship in the area People and Employee Relations. Here you will learn the Employee Lifecycle, the processing of employees and labour law foundations. You will then support Recruiting and Employer Branding for six months as a working student (m/w/d). You will get insights into the application management, the Candidate Experience, the recruitment of staff and the employer communication. In your third station, you will meet HR Business Partnering. During your last six months as a working student (m/w/d), you will gain insight into consulting and cooperation with specialist departments and executives. You work in the operating HR day business and across-the-range projects. Take your own ideas and take responsibility step by step. Through personal mentoring, regular feedback and exchange with your colleagues, you develop your strengths and find out which HR area fits you

You are enrolled at a university throughout the program and want to complete a six-month compulsory or voluntary internship and then 12 months as a student of work (m/w/d). You are interested in human resources management, recruiting, employer branding and cooperation with employees and executives. You are curious, ready to learn and you want to work with your own initiative in different HR topics. You communicate clearly and value-estimatingly, work with different people and work on tasks reliably and structured.
