The regional club ADAC Nordrhein e.V. was founded in 1904. In the meantime, more than 500 employees work in our administration areas, our telephone service and in 19 ADAC Centers and 13 travel agencies in North Rhine-Westphalia. We take care of the topics of mobility, travel & vacation, insurance and, of course, ADAC membership.

More than 40 highly motivated travel agents are in use at our 13 locations for the enthusiasm of our members and customers. You advise and support our members and customers in the travel area on all questions about travel and actively convey tourist trips of all kinds and cruises worldwide, using our quality standards. In addition, you are actively offering additional individual services and products (such as ADAC memberships, travel cancellation insurance, international health insurance and ADAC credit cards). You take over the processing of booking operations as well as the data management in our MIDOCO mid-office system and carry out the cash billing independently. In addition, contact with our organizers and service providers and work with the implementation of marketing actions. You will also take part in trade fairs and customer evenings.

You have a successfully completed commercial training in the tourism/tourism sector. You bring a year of professional experience in a comparable position in a travel agency and have good knowledge in the German organiser range. You have good knowledge of how to deal with the programs “AMADEUS” and “Bistro” as well as the common MS Office applications and can safely apply them. A strong service and customer orientation as well as sales skills are your strengths and it is important to you that every detail is correct. You inspire members and customers through your binding appearance and high customer experience.

Attractive compensation - At a full-time job, we offer you an attractive starting salary of 3,300€ gross, plus holiday and Christmas money.
