Location: DRK Akademie SH Kaltenkirchen Start date: at the next possible time Working time: in part or full time with 30 - 38.5 hours/week The place shall be occupied without delay. The DRK-Landesverband Schleswig-Holstein e. V. trains specialists and accompanies nursing staff in their professional development. In the DRK Akademie SH Kaltenkirchen you will design teaching and learning formats that are practical for people with different cultural backgrounds to work in care. You shape practical teaching and accompany international nurses on their way to professional recognition. Your tasks include: Planning, implementation and follow-up of theoretical teaching units Practical support and close cooperation with care facilities and practical guidance Preparation of participants for recognition and knowledge audits Individual advice and support during the training measure Participation in the development of modern teaching and learning concepts Documentation and organisational tasks within the framework of education Active cooperation in a multi-professional team

You bring care practice. You have successfully completed a training in a nursing profession and have practical professional experience. This allows you to combine theory with the requirements of everyday care. You're happy to share knowledge. Ideally, you could already gain first experiences in the guidance, training or teaching. More importantly, however, is that you like to accompany people in learning and convey content in a comprehensible, practical and motivating manner. You have a pedagogical qualification – or you want to develop. You already have a bachelor's degree in nursing education, medical education or a comparable degree course – or you want to take this path. We also like to support a further Master's degree programme, for example through paid allowances for academic achievements or the acquisition of tuition fees. You like working on the team. You value the exchange in an interdisciplinary team, get involved and meet people of different cultural backgrounds open, value-adding and at eye level. A class B licence is desired.
