• Ready-to-use computer identifiers (MS Office, CAFM systems)
• Good knowledge of German
• Pro-active operation
• Joy in dealing with older people and good handling of customers

• Driving license class 3 or B

Your responsibility

• Operation of technical installations
• Implementation of control procedures in the performance of retrieved house services
• Repairs of doors, windows and small maintenance
• Small moving services and modifications of mobile and driving services
• Maintenance of grey and green areas according to instructions and fire protection control measures

Your working hours

• From now on, unlimited
• Full time, 40 hours/week
• Monday to Friday, 5 days/week
• Frame work time: 07:00 to 15:30
