Technical Manager Injection Molding (m/w/d) Assignment in the USA

Our client is a successful German industrial company from plastics processing, which operates worldwide and has a modern factory in the USA. In order to strengthen the team at the location there, we are looking for a dedicated technical manager (m/w/d) as part of a multi-year posting.

The dispatch is initially within the framework of a 3-year L-1 visa. This can be extended at any time if a permanent stay in the USA is desired. The takeover into the parent company in Germany is also possible in perspective.

In the role of the Technical Director (m/w/d), you take over the technical responsibility of the modern work and the approximately 30 employees. The perspective for taking on further responsibilities is given.

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Continuing training for technicians or masters with several years of professional experience in injection moulding Experience in leadership and organization of technology teams desirable readiness for a multi-year foreign mission in the USA (approx. 3 years, extension possible) Good English knowledge of word and writing Self-employed, structured working and pronounced hands-on mentality Safe handling of MS Office
