You bring our pedagogical concept to life in urban facilities and actively develop it. You implement the orientation plan based on the Filderstädter concept in practice. You are planning and designing exciting educational opportunities for children. You build a trusted educational partnership and work closely with parents and all those involved in the education process. You accompany children with their individual strengths, needs and situations of life in a valuable and professional way – on the basis of our Filderstadt quality concept of prejudicial education and education (VBuE).

You are state-recognized educators, nurses and social pedagogical assistants or have equivalent qualifications according to § 7 KiTaG (also acquired abroad and recognised in Germany). You have expertise and enthusiasm for topics such as inclusion, language and individual accompaniment. You accompany children with appreciation, respect and joy in their development. You are familiar with orientation plans, observations and documentation. You like to work in the team, are committed and appreciate the cooperation with families. You are open to new things and look forward to an exciting challenge.

We offer you employment in full or part-time in an indefinite employment relationship. Depending on the qualification, You are remunerated according to the pay group S 4 or S 8a TVöD.
