Manager File & Inventur (m/f/d)

You develop and run a company-wide system for inventory management, define associated standards and processes and select suitable software solutions.

You are responsible for the ongoing control and ensuring the data quality of your stocks, identify optimization potentials and agree closely with relevant departments such as purchasing and IT.

You run the full planning, organization and execution of all inventory and create the necessary concepts including time and resource planning.

You coordinate all teams involved during the inventory phases, evaluate the results, analyze differences and derive appropriate improvement measures.

You create meaningful reports on relevant stock figures, present your analyses to management and actively support internal and external audits.

You have completed training in commercial or logistical fields, ideally complemented by further training in the supply chain management or business management sector.

You bring several years of practical experience in warehouse logistics, inventory management or inventory management.

You control common ERP systems (such as SAP or MS Dynamics) as well as MS Excel securely and have experience in project management as well as in the optimization of processes.

You convince by analytical skill, a high affinity to numbers, a structured way of working as well as pronounced communication and team skills combined with enforcement capability.

You work independently as well as solution-oriented and meet the requirements for a reliability check (immigrant-free guidance certificate).
