Head of Production & Logistics (m/f/d)

Take full responsibility for production & logistics. In this key position, you will lead 12 team leaders and develop these areas with around 80 employees strategically and continuously. Together with the management, you will design the strategic development of our site in Ahrensfelde. Design the entire value stream: from order start to scheduled delivery. Optimize processes with the aim of shortening throughput times, avoiding waste and consistently ensuring quality and time accuracy. Drive digitalization and automation consistently and use technology where it creates real added value. Conduct and develop your executives and employees with appreciation, clarity and commitment. Create transparency through meaningful key figures, analyze optimization potentials and implement improvement measures sustainably. Work closely with design, project management, purchasing and other areas of expertise. Together with your team, you will continuously develop our production site and actively shape its future.

You combine technical competence with entrepreneurial thinking and understand how to win people for changes. completed studies in the field of production engineering, industrial engineering or mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification with a focus on production; BWL identifiers are advantageous Multiannual leadership experience in a manufacturing medium-sized company – ideally in a varied production. Found experience in production planning, production control and continuous optimization of value flows. An esteeming leadership style, decision-making strength and hands-on mentality Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking as well as the ability to quickly capture complex relationships. Practical experience with Lean methods and continuous improvement (KVP).
