Become part of CHEFS CULINAR and support us in our new office in Pilsach as team leader (m/w/d) customer service - full-time specialist (38.5 hours/week). In this position you take the leadership of your team in customer service. You are in operational customer contact and provide professional, fast and solution-oriented support for our customers. Together with the team, you will ensure that orders are processed efficiently and that our customers have a reliable contact person at any time.

You conduct, coordinate and develop your team of specialists in customer service and ensure a high quality of service in customer service. Together with your team, you will meet our customers in enquiries and orders in the non-food, meat, fish, hi-key as well as fruit and vegetables. You support your team with more complex customer requirements and ensure fast, competent and solution-oriented processing. You make sure that customer requests, orders and complaints are processed professionally and service-oriented. You recognize optimization potentials in customer service processes and processes and continuously develop them together with your team. You promote the professional exchange within the team and make sure that the specialist knowledge is continuously developed to our product groups.

You have a successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in customer service, customer service, sales service or in a comparable function is ideally brought along. First experience in the leadership of a team you could ideally already gather. Your wide knowledge of food as well as the interest in our product groups are yours.
