Technical building systems during events Operation and maintenance of technical building systems in the areas of electrical equipment Disruption-related repair and implementation of small repairs Cross-structural care of supply systems (e.g. heating, ventilation, climate, sanitary facilities) Conducting and maintaining fault, testing, maintenance and inspection reports Coordination and supervision of foreign companies in maintenance and repair work Participation in the optimization of processes in building technology / building technology

Complete technical vocational training, e.g. as an electronic engineer for energy and building technology, electrical engineer, mechatronic engineer (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification in building technology / electrical engineering Professional experience as a home technician / service technician in technical building management desirable Good knowledge in the operation and maintenance of electrical installations Safe handling of technical documents and documentation Structured, independent and responsible operation Impressed service orientation and safe occurrence to customers, users and service providers driving licence class B Additional qualifications (required): Knowledge of MSR technology / GLT (building control technology) Switching capacity up to 10 kV Type of service: Participation in the readiness of the team
