Management of our Stöhrerweg daycare center (m/f/d)

The Kita Stöhrerweg daily serves around 100 children in six groups, which are divided into a nursery and kindergarten area. In the partially open concept, both extended opening times and throughout the day are worked. We will never be bored, because our large garden and space of movement, the numerous different activities and large corridors give children a lot of space for a lot of action and to experience creative new ideas. Discovering the language, experimenting with new instru­ments or learning new sports exercises on a daily basis are part of the development of the cognitive and social-emotional abilities of children. In your role as a lead, you are not only part of everyday educational life, but also central designers (m/w/d) of the institution: You lead a dedicated team of around 20 professionals and jointly design the Kita everyday. You accompany children in their development, promote their individual learning processes and create space for development. You are responsible for the planning, implementation and continuous development of our pedagogical concept. You accompany new families when You arrive in the Kita and ensure a substantial educational partnership. You are actively involved in the development of personnel, quality assurance and further development of the facility. You work closely with the institution and maintain cooperation in the social environment and with external specialist bodies. In order to meet all these tasks, you work in a management team consisting of you as well as two nurseries and nursery. For your management tasks, you will be available for 16 hours outside the group service – so there is enough room for guidance, conceptual work and the strategic further development of your kita.

a successfully completed study in the courses of social management or social education or a comparable degree of study (m/w/d) or you are a state-recognized educator (m/w/d) with further education as a specialist (m/w/d) for organising and leading, or have a comparable further education. at least two years of professional experience in the field of training and ideally experience as a management or representation. ideally a further development in the field of music education, movement education or Language or other comparable results could be obtained. You work in a structured and fast manner in administrative procedures and have the skills of moderation and negotiation. well-founded pedagogical knowledge of early childhood education. You are willing to develop and actively contribute to the understanding of child care. You feel safe in handling the current MS Office applications.
