Description

• As a financial expert, you will ensure the quality, timely submission and compliance of IFRS reporting for Home Comfort (HC) units in your area of responsibility.
• They prepare quarterly reports with management, including balance sheet and GuV analyses, as well as the evaluation of shared services.
• For all HC Group companies, you are available as a contact person on all issues relating to IFRS accounting.
• They identify potential for improvement and pursue their implementation within the HC Finance Community, with the shared service center as well as with other stakeholders and thus promote the continuous improvement process.
• In addition, you will ensure the compliance of internal and external financial reporting CPIs and carry out voting if necessary.
• You ensure compliance with local GAAP requirements for financial reporting and control the internal approval process for local HC units in your area of responsibility.
• In addition, you support the preparation of committee meetings for HC units within your area of responsibility.
• Last but not least, you work closely with shared services, finance, controlling, legal departments and other business departments as well as auditors.

Qualifications

• Education: studies in finance, accounting, business or comparable
• Experiences and know-how: several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position with very good IFRS accounting knowledge, very good knowledge in handling consolidation tools (e.g. OneStream, Hyperion Financial Management, SAP BCS, S/4 Group Reporting), SAP-FI and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Personality and working methods: They are team-ready, responsible, analytically thinking, flexible, solution-oriented and reliable; moreover, you have excellent communication skills and can also work under time pressure
• Enthusiasm: Affinity for numbers and joy at work in an international team with challenging and complex topics
• Languages: fluent in English
