In Group Research & Mercedes-Benz Cars Development (RD), we design the automotive generations of the future. We mean innovative products with the highest quality and efficient development processes. We are already working on vehicles that will secure the technology leadership of Mercedes-Benz in the future. Our team “QMS error setting process” accompanies and develops the error setting process (FAP) with high motivation and creates the technical information letter RD (TI). The FAP is a process description to identify, prioritise and sustainably discard defects of a product on the soft and hardware side. As part of TI, we describe the essential customer-relevant technical innovations of our new vehicles even before official market launch. The information publication is, among other things, an early basic information for the central marketing plan, the Global Training and forms a basis for the press and web appearances of Mercedes-Benz Cars for COM. As a working student in the field of technical information (TI), you are co-responsible for the creation and further development of the technical information for various vehicle series. You work closely with our team and help create visually appealing concepts and presentations as well as support process descriptions and project management tasks. We offer...
