Bachelor or Master of Engineering or Diploma Engineer in the field of surveying, geodesy or geoinformatics or a comparable field of expertise, ideally with the ability for the high-end survey management

Full time, unlimited, A 12 LBesGBW or E 11 TVöD with specialist allowance

The place is in principle divisible.

Key tasks

• Head of the working group with 6 employees
• responsible implementation of the difficult property surveys in the working district
• Coordination and supervision of tasks
• Examination of the measurement documents produced by the employees for completeness and accuracy and certification of the same
• training of surveying technicians and civil servants in the careers of the middle and upper surveying management services and further qualification of the professional growth

We expect

• Safety in the evaluation of catastrophes from non-obtrusive surveying and in the handling of the specialist method DAVID-kaRIBik
• Knowledge in the field of complex balancing (SYSTRA)
• very good knowledge of the development of the property catastrophe since the regional survey of Wuerttemberg and the relevant laws and regulations
• Joy in dealing with people and good didactic skills
• high team competence, commitment and loadability
• organizational skill and cost-conscious action
• as much as possible management and leadership experience
• a valid driving permit (class B) and the readiness to drive a surveying vehicle (transporter) in individual cases
• good written and oral expressability in German
