Together with our consultants, you develop interfaces and automations between HubSpot, ERP and third-party systems of our customers You build AI applications, for example chatbots and agents for marketing, sales and service processes In CRM implementation projects, you take configuration, data migration and testing – from kickoff to go-live You analyze customer data and build dashboards and reports that make the success of our projects measurable You document processes and solutions and introduce your results in the project team and the customer

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German skills according to language level B2 You are eager and think quickly into new topics, tools and customer industries Technology and AI inspire you – you like to try new tools and consider how to make work better You work flexibly and keep an overview when priorities move in a project You communicate openly in the team and dare to ask questions and introduce your own ideas First touch points with programming, data analysis or CRM systems are a plus, but no requirement – more importantly, your readiness to learn Career prospects: After your successful completion, there is the possibility of a takeover in permanent employment – many of our dual students are now firmly in the team. Depending on your strengths, you will develop towards Junior Consultant, CRM Consultant or AI Engineer. From the first day on, a mentor or mentor from the team will personally accompany you through your practice phases. You work in real customer projects from the outset and build up a profile that goes far beyond your studies. We actively support certifications, for example in the HubSpot and AI environment.
