These are your activities

• Collection and determination of individual care needs, as well as the wishes and needs of residents
• Organization, design and control of the care process
• Analysis, evaluation, protection and development of the quality of care
• professional planning and implementation of basic and treatment care according to the latest findings, as well as existing standards and their proper documentation
• Implementation of proper care documentation analogous to structural model
• Creation of offers for the design of the daily routine of residents
• professional implementation, the tasks delegated by the doctor as part of the cooperation in medical therapy and diagnostics
• Care of contacts with relatives, supervisors and volunteers as part of the prescribed competences by the directly superior body
• independent preparation and modification of individual care plans for residents
