What awaits you in your new position You are responsible for the expansion and support of our customer and broker network throughout Germany. You play a central role in strategic business development and support companies with individually structured security and guarantee solutions. Establishment and maintenance of relationships with companies, banks, brokers and financial institutions Identification of new business opportunities in Single Risk and Surety Self- negotiating, presenting and creating offers Development of tailor-made insurance structures for complex risks and transactions Analysis of customer needs and advice on appropriate risk and warranty products Structure and pricing of single-risk rectifications and guarantees as well as presentation on C-level Close cooperation with underwriting, legal, risk analysis and international units Implementation of regional sales strategies, market monitoring and support for portfolio building Industry events, conferences and internal projects

What makes you You have a degree in economics, finance, management or a comparable field. Multiannual experience in the distribution of financial services, including credit insurance, guarantees and (export/trade/corpore) finance Deep understanding of credit risks, financial analyses and contractual structures Sector-specific market knowledge Embossed sales strength, negotiation security and sovereign appearance at decision-making level A high level of customer orientation and ability to systematically solve problems Solution-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking with high self-initiative and self-organisation Joy in cooperation in international, interdisciplinary teams Negotiating German and good English skills complete your profile. French knowledge is advantageous.
