Our client is an internationally operating company in the group with over 100 years of experience in the metal industry and approx. 500 employees at the site, for which we are looking for an HSE / EHS Manager (m/w/d) at the closest possible time, which with expertise, together with an employee led by him, develops, optimizes and contributes significantly to the success of the company.

Location: Cologne, Bonn, Bad Honnef

Strategic and operational responsibility for the entire HSE area of the site Ensuring and developing occupational safety, health and environmental standards Leadership of an employee and close exchange with colleagues in the international association Implementation and monitoring of legal and internal HSE requirements and implementation of internal and external audits Analysis and optimization of security processes in cooperation with the departments Training and awareness of employees in relation to HSE topics Coordination with authorities, external audit organisations and internal stakeholders

Complete technical studies or comparable qualifications as well as a completed further training on the specialist for occupational safety (SiFa) Multiannual professional experience in HSE in a manufacturing company Knowledge of ISO 45001 standard and good knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and 50001 Communication strength, organizational skills and proactive personality Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
