Welders - Special Materials (m/f/d)

Your tasks as welder - special materials:

• Implementation of welding work in the WIG, MAG and E-Hand welding process
• Processing of special materials such as high-alloy steels, nickel, titanium, copper and heat resistant materials
• Welding of pipelines, apparatus, containers and steel structures
• Preparation and control of welds according to valid method instructions (WPS)
• Selection and professional handling of welding additives as well as welding and protective gases
• Control of welding technology used and ensuring proper plant condition
• Compliance with all quality, safety and documentation requirements

Your profile as a welder - Special materials: They have a successfully completed vocational training in a metalworking profession, for example as a construction mechanic, plant mechanic, industrial mechanic or in a comparable field.

In addition, you will ideally bring the following qualifications:

• Valid welding tests for the WIG (141), MAG (135) and/or E-Hand (111) processes
• Detections according to DIN EN ISO 9606 or equivalent control systems
• Experience in welding special materials, for example P91, X20, nickel, titanium or copper alloys
• Multiannual professional experience in piping, plant, container or steel construction
• Knowledge of power plant, plant or chemical plant construction is advantageous
• Secure handling of welding drawings, work instructions and technical documentation
• Understanding materials, welding parameters and heat treatment processes
• Careful and quality-conscious operation
• Consistent compliance with all occupational safety, quality and environmental standards
• Responsible handling of personal protective equipment and the applicable safety regulations during welding
